NEW Cancellation Policy for Customers

Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking Tours in advance will require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit if canceled after 24 hours of booking time.
2. If Cancellation is done within 24 hours after booking the tour, a full refund will be granted without any fees.
3. Non-refundable Deposits Also Applies if You do NOT SHOW UP on the day of the tour or if you are LATE and your tour has left.
4. Deposits will be refunded only if Mundo Maya Jungle Tours Cancels tours due to Weather Conditions.
